How to proceed with an order?

Thirdly customer confirm the order details and place a deposit for formal order. Fourthly after receiving payment, we will arrange the production asap and keep you updated during the whole business.

Do you support OEM?

Which inverters do your batteries match with?

What about the delivery time and shipping?

For standard products: the delivery time is 5-7 workdays for sample order.

For Bulk order: That will usually takes 7-15 days for finish the production , then our shipping agent will ship it to you.

For most of European country, we provide tax included services, door to door, once you place an order ,then you will receive your new battery pack in about 20-25 days at your home!

How to Ship the Lithium Ion Batteries?

Lithium-ion battery transportation methods include air, water and land (train/truck).

Lithium batteries need to be provided with packaging that meets the requirements. In addition to being marked with the correct shipping name and UN number, 9 types of hazard labels must be attached, the dangerous goods declaration form must be filled out, and the corresponding dangerous package certificate must be provided.

How do you provide warranty?

We offer 10 years truly warranty to provide after-sale service and technology support.

Resending new battery within 1st year if something is wrong with the quality of the product.
We provide purchase accessories free within 2nd~5th years warranty.
We provide technology support free within 6th~10th years warranty.

When the failure rate exceeds 3‰, we will send you a new battery for replacement for free, and we are responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement service.

How do you control the quality?

We have ISO9001 certification, from incoming materials to production to shipment, there are corresponding QC tests.

The battery pack will be subjected to a cell split test before assembly, a charge and discharge test will be performed after assembly, and an aging test will be performed before the battery pack leaves the factory.

It can be shipped after confirming normal.
