The KH AGV lithium-ion battery is designed for automated material handling equipment and electric industrial vehicles.
We use automotive-grade LiFePO4 cells, combined with an intelligent BMS and a compact metal case. As a result, the battery delivers safe, stable, and efficient power for AGVs, AMRs, and electric forklifts. It fits high-frequency and high-load industrial use.
This battery provides 51.2V / 105Ah, making it a direct replacement for traditional 48V lead-acid systems. So, you get longer runtime, faster charging, and more reliable operation.
At the same time, the wide temperature range from −4°F to 137°F allows your equipment to work normally in cold storage or low-temperature outdoor logistics environments.

We use Grade A LiFePO4 cells that deliver over 6,000 cycles (80% DOD). With two full cycles per day, the battery can last up to 8 years. This helps reduce replacement costs.
The 5.4 kWh capacity provides longer run time and reduces charging frequency, minimizing production interruptions.

- The battery pack combines a metal shell with an internal support frame. It gives the cells strong mechanical protection and vibration resistance.
- During storage, handling, or industrial transport, it stays stable under shocks, impacts, or bumps.

- Standard discharge is 105A, with peak pulse discharge up to 315A.
