From battery cells to battery packs, our professional team conducts thorough inspections in accordance with international standards to ensure that every product leaving the factory meets the highest quality standards and is certified by ISO 9001/ CQC/ CE/ UL.
A-grade battery quality assurance
Before producing batteries, we will classify them to ensure that all batteries meet the A-grade standard and ensure their uniformity. Inspectors inspect the batteries according to the quality standards to ensure that the batteries meet the company’s requirements, qualified materials are registered and stored, and unqualified materials are returned or processed.
BMS Quality Assurance
- PCB inspection: AOI automatic optical inspection (solder joint false soldering rate ≤ 0.01%).
- Balance function: single cell voltage difference ≤ 10mV (balance current 50mA).
- Protection logic: overcharge (≥ 4.25V), over discharge (≤ 2.5V), short circuit protection response time < 1ms.
- High and low-temperature cycle: -40℃~85℃ storage for 72 hours, no abnormal function.
Battery Pack
- Welding strength: Laser welding point tensile force ≥50N, metallographic inspection without cracks.
- Insulation test: Inter-group insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500V DC).
- Vibration test: Random vibration 10Hz~200Hz, three axes for 2 hours each, no loose structure.
- Cycle life: 1C charge and discharge 1000 times, capacity retention rate ≥80%.
- Internal resistance matching: A single cell’s internal resistance difference is ≤5%.

- Appearance inspection: Shell scratches ≤ 0.1mm, label printing is clear (OCR automatic recognition).
- Safety certification: Check UN38.3, MSDS, and RoHS reports.
- Packaging specifications: Shockproof material filling rate ≥ 90%, outer box drop test (1.2 meters 3 times without damage).
- Label verification: Batch number, voltage capacity, and warning label 100% scan code verification.
