4、Why does my battery discharge itself?
Batteries are electrochemical devices, which means that electricity is stored and discharged through chemical reactions that occur inside the battery.
When your battery is not in use, some chemical reactions still occur, but on a much smaller scale. As a result, your battery's capacity slowly decreases over time. This is called self-discharge.
The self-discharge rate of a battery depends on the battery technology, lifetime, and storage temperature.
